Sessions are held twice weekly, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 516 Victoria Ave. Belleville, Ontario.
Monday afternoons 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Thursday evenings 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Cost for the full year from September until April is $30 for new members and $50 for returning members.

What We Do
We are a friendly group of people who enjoy turning blocks of wood into art. Our club meets twice a week and we welcome everyone from beginners to experienced carvers. We share tips, teach new skills, work on projects together, and put on displays or demonstrations at local events.
We also host an annual wood carving competition and show, which brings in carvers from throughout the province of all skill levels. Carvers may enter pieces in one of numerous categories from beginner to advanced levels.
Visitors to our show can watch live demonstrations of carvers from club tables, browse tables of beautiful carvings, vote for their favorite carvings or purchase carving supplies to satisfy your venture in this art form.
Several of our club carvers also attend carving competitions and shows held throughout this country and occasionally in the USA, then share their experiences and gained knowledge with all club members.
Quinte wood carvers hold an annual club picnic where we gather for fun, food and fellowship.
Some of our club members will offer training sessions to our club members with the content of those seminars based on the desires of the members. In addition to this, occasionally, instructors or speakers from other clubs will attend our club, for the purpose of providing learning opportunities for our members

Carving Club
Our Quinte Wood Carvers club is home to members ranging in age from 9 to 89, representing a wide variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills. Some days we may be having a cup of coffee with fellow carvers while discussing our plans for our next competition piece or maybe making a pile of woodchips at our feet. We are a very social club who take great enjoyment working with wood.
