ANNUAL COMPETITION & SHOW WILL BE HELD AT THE QUINTE SPORTS CENTRE

Information for participants wanting tables

1. The Association will not be responsible for loss or damage to any article shown.

2. Any insurance will be the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.

3. All displays will be set up prior to 9:30 A.M. and remain until 4:00 P.M.

4. The Association may limit the number of dealers selling carving supplies due to the limited space. Last year’s participants will be given preferences and new applicants will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Admission to the show this year will be a $5 entrance fee.

6. This year, all tables will be six feet, and the charge will be $20 per table. You will not be given extra table space if you have not paid for it.

7. To allow space requirements to be solved/determined, you are urged to complete and forward your application as soon as possible. (The deadline is March 31, 2026).
